No. Technology Quest®
is a single, privately owned business.
However, we service most of north and central Georgia by driving
to our customers' location rather than making
them drive to our service center. |

Is there anything I need to buy prior to our service time?

Answer:
Yes/No. There is no need to buy anything prior to
our service call, because we can purchase everything for you. However,
if you have already purchased your equipment please let us know
prior to our service date. |

you accept?

Answer:
For your convenience we accept many forms of
payment. We will take personal/business check (Picture Id
required). You may also pay us with cash, or Technology
Quest® Gift Cards. |

We offer the same or better services as other
businesses for a much lower price. Unlike most companies, we will
guarantee our services for at least one month. And we will drive to
your location rather than making you drive to our service
center.

What kind of equipment do we work on?
|

Answer:
We work on all kind of DOS, Microsoft related
PC. Unfortunately, our expert agents are not trained in the
Macintosh field. We will also work on all 120V equipment, but we
do not have the proper training to work on 240V equipment. |

Question: How would you know if
the person at your is a legitimate agent?

Answer:
An agent will be assigned to you at the time of
your service request. All of our agents are required to show a driver's
license for identification, before entering you home. |
